My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and disappointment. Although the room was nice and very comfortable, I had to deal with a dirty room initially. The hotel is conveniently located near major stores and restaurants, but the service was not consistent. Even with its drawbacks, the hotel's location provides easy access to attractions around Lake Tahoe.
